1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnlineShop ("we", "our", or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Overview

OnlineShop is a multivendor marketplace that facilitates the sale of both physical goods and digital products. Vendors must purchase a flyer from OnlineShop to activate their selling privileges.

3. Vendor Requirements

• Vendors must purchase a flyer (listing package) to list products on OnlineShop.

• OnlineShop reserves the right to review and reject any vendor content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of their listings.

4. Commission & Payments

• OnlineShop charges a 20% commission on every successful sale.

• The remaining balance (80%) is transferred to the vendor’s registered bank account on a scheduled basis (e.g., weekly or monthly – specify as needed).

• Vendors are responsible for providing accurate bank details.

5. User Conduct

All users (buyers and vendors) agree to:

• Abide by all applicable local and international laws.

• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior on the platform.

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes between buyers and vendors will be initially handled by the vendor.

• If unresolved, OnlineShop may step in to mediate and make a final decision at its discretion.

• Refunds and returns are handled according to the vendor’s policy unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

OnlineShop is not liable for:

• Damaged, lost, or misrepresented products

• Transactions conducted outside the platform

• Delays in vendor payouts due to incorrect banking information

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of OnlineShop after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
