Refund policy

1. General Overview

  • OnlineShop is a marketplace platform — products are sold by independent vendors.

  • Refunds and returns are primarily managed by the vendor. However, OnlineShop may intervene in case of disputes.

  • By purchasing on our platform, you agree to this policy.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

A buyer may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Item not received: The product did not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

  • Item not as described: The product differs significantly from its description or images.

  • Defective or damaged item: The product arrives broken, malfunctioning, or unusable.

  • Digital product issue: The file is corrupt, inaccessible, or not as described.

📦 Note: Physical items must be returned in original condition to qualify for a refund.


3. Return Timeframes

Buyers must request a return or refund within:

  • 7 days of receiving a physical product

  • 48 hours of downloading a digital product

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.


4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are expected to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions and clear images

  • Ship products promptly

  • Respond to refund or return requests in a timely manner (within 48 hours)

Failure to do so may result in vendor penalties or account suspension.


5. OnlineShop’s Role in Disputes

If a buyer and vendor cannot resolve an issue, OnlineShop may step in to:

  • Review evidence from both parties (messages, photos, delivery proof)

  • Make a final decision on refund eligibility

  • Process refunds if deemed appropriate

Our decision will be considered final.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The buyer changes their mind after purchase

  • The product was used, altered, or damaged by the buyer

  • Digital products were downloaded and accessed without issues

  • The refund request is made beyond the stated timeframe


7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
